Lalen and Kartik were a pleasure to work with, after going to 3 other brokers who were telling us we have to sell a property or two before we can buy another, Lalen and Kartik worked out a way to get us our third without having to sell, with our loans complicatedly tied up with a big bank, Lalen and Kartik stayed composed and persistent to get the outcome we needed, the outcome turned out to be better then planned, a big thank you to Lalen and Kartik as they manage to give us the outcome we wanted unlike the three brokers we tried beforehand.
